RESERVATIONS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. Please notify your Client Coordinator if you will be arriving after your set reservation time. Guests who are more than 14 minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. For all new guest a deposit is required to completely confirm your Reservation/Consultation.
PRODUCTS/ SERVICES
All services provided are a la carte. These prices do not reflect the 8.875% tax included in your final total. All product sales are final. We only accept cash payment on the weekends Credit Cards will be allowed for any purchase over $500.
CANCELLATIONS
In consideration of our other clients and our technicians, please give a 48-hour notice of any cancellation. Deposits given to secure Reservations will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation prior to the 48-hour deadline. Reservations cancelled prior to 48 hours will be given a 50% refund of the deposit
